We recommend Britannica School replaces general internet searches within your school. Through daily use and interaction, students will be better equipped to research independently and become more knowledgable about the subjects they are studying.
Tests are done on computers/tablet devices, so pupils will need access to these. In terms of setting up, we have detailed explanation pages on our website that help schools get started. We have made the process as simple as possible: schools register with us, buy a subscription, then import pupil information using a CVS file and our system does the rest. We offer a range of Demo Tests that showcase how we work which schools and pupils can use to familiarise themselves with the way BOFA works. Pupils will be issued a username by their teachers, so this needs to be set up before pupils can begin using BOFA. We are known for our excellent customer service and pride ourselves on responding to customer queries promptly. We are always happy to guide new users through the set up process via phone or email. Pupils always seem to take to BOFA very quickly and our new adaptive tests remove all teacher admin requirements.
Log in details will be provided by Britannica upon start date and internet access required.
Online CPD sessions are included in Britannica School subscriptions and training is offered for free throughout your subscription in the format that works best for your school.
