RedboxVR do all of the hard work behind the scenes so your VR & AR Kit comes fully set up and ready to use. We will require communication with your IT department ahead of the products arrival to set user account up. Installation is not required, all you will need is a power source to turn on the box, and away you go!
We provide all ClassVR users with access to our online CPD course to understand the basics. We also offer a variety of training packages to suit individual schools' needs, making sure every school is ready to begin exploring with virtual reality.
RedboxVR Kits are fully set up and ready to use, and designed to be really easy for a teacher to start using. A user guide is found within the box of your kit and sent to you electronically. We also provide FREE online training with every kit purchased. This is via the video meeting platform of your choice. We can also provide onsite singe session or CPD training depending on the schools requirements.
The ClassVR Headset and Portal setup are completed remotely by our team of specialists before the devices are shipped to schools. Once they've arrived, you're ready to go!
On arrival of your RedboxVR product, it is set up and ready to use so that it takes a minimal amount of time to begin learning in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. We endeavour to deliver goods within 10 days of order/payment.
