While some support may be needed from IT, most users can be up and running in one hour with full MIS integration within 24 hours with support from the
FlashAcademy® team. Schools are provided with admin access and unlimited teacher logins while pupils are given a username based on their initials.
The Learning Village works best when using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge. It will work on other browsers too, but not optimally. The Learning Village learner experience is a webapp. That means that it is not available in the App Store, but the learner experience behaves like an app. The Learning Village Student Area is iPad-friendly. Please make sure you are running up-to-date software (iOS11 and above), as older versions do not support recording.
The Help Centre and dashboard walkthrough provide step-by-step guides to the key parts of the platform, helping you find answers quickly.
FlashAcademy®’s regular programme of training webinars with live Q&A are available to join live or watch on demand at your convenience. We offer hundreds of free resources via our website, including worksheets and a blog with helpful content about EAL.

No matter which level of membership you choose, we include 2 hours for online training for 3-5 people - the first hour will get you set up and show you the basics, the second hour 8-10 weeks later, will be more in-depth and tailored to your specific needs.
We also have a comprehensive training and reference section on the teacher home page for members to use - this includes step-by-step guides, videos, model lessons and much more.
We offer free, online refresher training every year, or if your lead member of staff leaves, we will train their replacement if they are new to Learning Village.

EAL Framework Process
This provides a Lead in each school with training and resources (through the EAL Framework Portal) for developing whole-school provision for supporting EAL teaching and learning. It is designed to build expertise and to help EAL teachers take the lead in whole-school development.

They will also receive an email to approve Wonde for optional MIS integration and will be fully up and running within 24 hours. Schools pricing
Membership is billed annually, in advance and starts from £300/year (£25x12) for 5 learners and goes up to £1500/year (£125x12) for 75 learners. Larger memberships are available. To find out more please visit our website or click on the 'price quote' button.
