We recommend Britannica School replaces general internet searches within your school. Through daily use and interaction, students will be better equipped to research independently and become more knowledgable about the subjects they are studying.
We recommend wired network connection rather than Wi-Fi at least download speed of 10 Mbps.
All setups require speakers, microphone or a headset which combines both headphones and microphone.
We recommend that students have access to a printer and scanner for school work as some subjects require the printing and scanning of class exercises and exams.
Microsoft Office (office package) is recommended. Students will have access to the online versions of Microsoft Office apps whilst they are attending the school
A PDF viewer is the recommended adobe reader.
Google Chrome (v70.0 and above) is the recommended internet browser.
Adobe Connect (classroom software) is used for online classrooms. These work most efficiently when opened with the Adobe Connect application.
Log in details will be provided by Britannica upon start date and internet access required.
