Learning By Questions

Merline Worgess, Teacher: I gave a 10 score for Learning by Questions because it's accessible and it reduces time finding work for all abilities. The question sets are differentiated so every learner can access learning. A teacher can see where a child is confident and where more revisiting of key concepts has to be done. With using the question sets early finishers can go on to doing a question set while the teacher can work with an ability group that needs to catch up. It also builds children's resilience as they want to continue working and not giving up the first time that they get answers incorrectly. Another thing that I love about Learning by Questions is that it supports the National Curriculum expectations.
Dan, Director of KS3: One of the best resources for AFL I have come across
Annie Mills: It is an excellent resource that has saved lots of time. Assessment is instant

Getting started with LbQ is a relaxed session, held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, where we walk you through the platform and show you how to run a Question Set with your class. Feel free to ask questions - that's what we're all about.

If you have been running LbQ in your classroom, saving yourself valuable time and seeing your pupils rocket, then you might want to step things up with our 'Beyond the Basics' course.

These sessions are held every other Monday and involve tailoring LbQ to your class and advanced interventions (not as scary as it sounds!). This is an informal session where we hope you will join in and have a chat with us. 'Beyond the Basics' also acts as a clinic, so if you have any questions then please book on and we'll give you all the assistance you need.

Customers on the four week trial will be provided with two informational handouts – one for the teacher and one for the student – which will explain how the system works.
