No installation. We create a hosted website for every school with unique login details for every pupil and teacher.

myON offers a vast collection of digital books ranging from a few pages to hundreds of pages. Books vary in size, with some under 10MB and others exceeding 300MB. These books feature recorded audio and layouts that closely replicate the printed page, complete with photos and illustrations. Book pages are downloaded just before turning, optimising data usage. The contents of pages are cached locally, dependent on browser configurations and school IT policies.

Broadband / High Speed Internet connection, 25 Mbps download speed or higher is recommended.

On PC or Mac, a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled:

- Chrome (Preferred. Current, or last two versions)

- Safari (Current, or last two versions)

- Firefox (Current, or last two versions)

- Edge (Current, or last two versions)

For iPads: the current iOS version, or the last two versions.

For Android Tablets: the current OS version, or the last two versions.

1024 x 768 minimum resolution.

For Chromebooks: the current Chrome OS, or last two versions; the current version of the Chrome browser or the last two versions.

Giglets is an online, browser-based resource and can be accessed on any device with an up-to-date browser. Installation is not required. Teachers and students will have individual logins to access Giglets both in school and from home.

All new schools are required to book in training with a product expert, this allows for a smooth implementation and for teachers/educators to get the most out of their Renaissance products. New customer training comes with can also include an onsite visit from one of our specialists, which many schools find engaging and motivational and allows teachers to see how their own pupils are performing and progressing. Taking this training allows teachers to get to know our programs but also start imbedding them within the school and follow our proven best practice routines.

After every training session we always send resources to the school which allows them to do in house training for twilight or INSET days.

Schools also have the option of taking top up training every year, this is especially useful to see how their first year as gone, look at annual reports or any changes, updates to the RGP platform from which Renaissance products and reports are access, and to continue imbedding our best practice. We can even work with new starters on complete overview of our programmes.

We recommend a whole staff training session to introduce the resource and support successful implementation. We can also support you with tailored CPD sessions on securing best practice in your literacy provision.

No installation - the school is provided with their own hosted website, known as RGP, from which products and reporting can be accessed, as well as login details for all applicable staff/pupils.

Setting up is very straightforward. Simply add your teacher and pupil accounts and you are ready to go!
