We aim to make the School Spider software as easy to use as possible so only a basic computer knowledge is needed of both administrative staff and students.
- Users will be given a username and password and access to the schools new testing website. From here they will be able to login and perform tasks.
- All training is given by School Spider at time of trial period setup,
- School administrators and teachers would need a computer connected to the internet.
- Parents can either access parents' area through the school website or by downloading the School Spider mobile app on Android or iOS
School Spider will provide a 90 minute demonstration of software to staff, who can then feed this information to their pupils and to the parents user testing group.
