What is Kinderpedia?
Kinderpedia is an all-in-one digital tool designed for K-12 institutions to manage academic and administrative work, engage families, and automate tuition fees invoicing and payments, all within a secure, intuitive platform and mobile app.
It streamlines school management, bringing all relevant student data in one single platform and allowing quick planning and reporting.
It facilitates comprehensive classroom management, enabling teachers to organise lessons, track attendance, and manage daily activities efficiently.
Progress tracking offers detailed insights into student achievements and developmental milestones, which teachers and parents can access for a collaborative educational approach.
Thanks to the multiple communication features, Kinderpedia favours family engagement in education, bringing families closer to their kids' learning journey - a major contributor to the childrens' wellbeing.
So far, 2,000 schools and kindergartens from 26 countries have registered on Kinderpedia, and the community is beautifully growing. Among them, education franchise Maple Bear Global Schools chose Kinderpedia as the unique operating system in all units in their network.

Recommended Usage
Based on our internal surveys, the best results are achieved if the product is used daily by educators and at least three times/ week by other staff members (including school managers, head teachers, data base admins or financial personnel). Parents also use the dedicated app daily, for attendance, messaging, or to catch up with what happened in school.
