The interface is great and my students loved being able to write their answers using the touch screen handwriting recognition technology.Jess Smith, Teacher: User friendly interface, simple concept. Only limitation is that it doesn't show students how to do a question correctly (as far as I know) so requires teacher input if they don't understand a topic. Also not compatible on phones, so requires the whole class to have (and remember) their iPadEmily Bennison, Parent: Very user friendly interface; quick and easy to use - 12 questions takes 10 minutes; the app remembers what the children have got wrong and generates new questions over time until they get it right; great use of handwriting software which even recognises my son's handwriting!
Students will need an internet connection for homework. If you plan to use Sparx Maths in school, you will also need access to the internet and devices for each student.
iPad Schools need an access code (available from Arc Education) and all pupils need a school email address
Customers on the four week trial will be provided with two informational handouts – one for the teacher and one for the student – which will explain how the system works.
Pupils create their own accounts and we provide a step-by-step powerpoint guide for teachers to use with their classes if they feel it is necessary. Guidance is given to teachers on the most effective way to use the app.

A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. The subscription tier can be managed from within the app.
