We currently provide an optional demonstration of the product at sign up by our Customer Engagement Team as part of the onboarding process. To improve customer experience, we are also looking to load page-specific videos on to each main page which will show the user around any time in about 30-60 seconds.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be able to easily navigate our services without any training. If you need any extra help, just get in touch with our support team.
We work with you to plan your system and set it up to match your requirements, e.g. recreating lesson observation forms, determining check-in dates, agree your strategic goals and outcomes, etc. This is done in an session which usually lasts around an hour. We then aim to have you up and running within one working day.
