We offer training for our customers through online webinars, but training is not needed to start using VEO as it is very simple to use. The training we offer allows users to see how they can upload videos, tag videos, share videos and make tagsets. We provide video tutorials for all of these processes and user guides to new users, alongside personalised training.
The system is very intuitive so we are rarely asked to provide training but are avalable if required. The Swivl eLearning site contains everything needed for teachers, students and administrators to get up and running.
