What is A-life?
A-life provide an online, video-based workshop, adapted from their in-school Mental Health Workshop.
Super-engaging and interactive, the workshop is designed to be easy for teachers to run, reducing workload and ensuring pupils are learning the major topics of the RSE Mental Health Curriculum for 2020.
Easy for teachers to run; simply press play and pause as the video leads. Includes engaging teaching bites, class discussion, worksheet fun and even a 5 minute workout! The workshop takes 40-60 minute to run so can be easily slotted into a remote schooling timetable.
Differentiated levels for Years 1-2, Years 3-4 and Years 5-6 and designed around the evidence-based "5 Ways to Wellbeing", simply screen share via MS Teams / Zoom or other provider for remote schooling.
The workshop can be used for children in school, remote schooling or a mixture of both.
