What is Active Kids Do Better?

We’re not sure exactly when kids stopped moving. But to get them moving again, we need your help. Active Kids do Better is about making little changes both at school and at home. Active Kids Do Better equips teachers and parents with tools to get primary school children moving through play. It features a suite of free resources, for use in the classroom and at home - including videos, activity cards, games and teacher materials.

Recommended Usage

At least 30 minutes should be delivered in school every day through active break times, PE, extra-curricular clubs, active lessons, or other sport and physical activity events, with the remaining 30 minutes supported by parents and carers outside of school time..
