I have been using Assessprep for over 7-8 years and I can see how well it is updated itself as per the requirements of the users. It is useful for both the teachera and students. Personally, I appreciate the French accents given by Assessprep in the symbols section as it trains the students to type in French thus building their confidence and improving their time management skills. As far as corrections are concerned, the objective type questions are automatically checked and the subjective type questions can be marked based on markscheme provided. The AI tool for corrections is also very useful as it gives a detailed feedback for each response. I highly recommend Assessprep!

I find it to be a one stop shop specifically given the curriculum agnosticism that it holds. Tags for questions, command terms etc helps in making the while process easier.

AssessPrep has been a great help in my teaching and learning process, especially in providing appropriate feedback on students’ summative assessments and mock exams. I am truly happy with how the application gives me an overall view of students’ results, allowing me to create action plans for their improvement. One of the biggest enhancements of the application is the embedded AI marking, which serves as an additional “marker” to assess students’ responses according to the criteria I have set. This feature helps me balance my own judgment and reflect on any comments or markings I may have missed. In this way, it feels like having a “buddy teacher” supporting me throughout the assessment process.

Overall, AssessPrep tends to deliver a strong experience — especially from the point of view of educators and schools who need a modern, flexible, and efficient assessment tool. When used under good conditions (stable internet, careful configuration, well-trained staff), it seems to significantly reduce workload, improve assessment quality, and offer helpful analytics for teaching and learning. On the flip side — like with many edtech tools — there are trade-offs: technical quirks, occasional usability rough edges for advanced tasks, and dependency on good infrastructure. If used with awareness of these limitations, it can be a very helpful platform.

From a user (student / teacher / school) standpoint: AssessPrep is generally a solid, modern tool for digital assessments. It delivers real benefits — especially in saving time, increasing flexibility, offering analytics, and enabling interactive and scalable assessments. For many schools (especially those with remote or hybrid classes), it seems to offer genuine practical value, and many users seem satisfied with the experience. However — as with many EdTech platforms — its effectiveness depends a lot on context: device/internet reliability, how complex the curriculum/questions are, and how well the school integrates it into teaching. It’s not perfect: occasional bugs, subject-specific limitations, or usability quirks can frustrate users. So if you go in with realistic expectations (digital platform, not magic), it likely represents a good upgrade compared to traditional paper-based assessments — but perhaps not a flawless, one-size-fits-all solution.
