There are many great features, but our school has very specific needs due to weekly new students and weekly graduating students. There are many changes happening every week, and Classter seems to be designed for the purpose of a modal using terms or semesters as their academic periods.

Education Management Systems - Classter It is an excellent education management system and highly affordable for small to medium size businesses. Pros: Very adaptable to customer needs and requirement. All modules are very user friendly and ease to learn how to operate the systems after receiving the training Cons: Training is conducted by an instructor after the development is complete. It is more advisable and recommended to have automated training manuals on all modules to allow user to learn and refer at any time as the needs might arise for self-training.

Classter review Pros: The most impactful features of Classter are the paperless admission process, financial management, Mobile App, online academic surveys, and quizzes. The multiple third-party integrations are very useful and make the implementation process very easy and secure. Cons: I think that the developers can improve the import process.

A robust system that has it all for any educational institution It was easy managing the school I work for while there were less than a 100 students. However with it growing it became much bothersome and difficult to monitor and manage everything, so classter came at the greatest time. Really helped us manage the finances, payments and debts, student grades and so on. Pros: The quick setup and get go. You can have a fully functional software in a matter of weeks. Also, the support and friendliness of the implementation team was a great plus. Cons: Maybe the report designer could be made a bit more user friendly. It works great so far, but for non-programmers or general users it can be a bit confusing to get reports going.

Enables us to change the mind set of all stake holders through the use of technology. This change of mind set covers a learning, teaching, reporting, behavioral changes of staff, students and parents. This was achieved through Classter core modules and financial module. We liked Classter flexibility to fit our needs of running the school in the manner we see fit. For example, weekly tracker progress in excel, staff leave requests, segmentation of each groups into different grades and campuses, external and internal communication functionality, attachment functionality, flexible financial arrangements functionality, reporting dumps for management use (slice and dice). Classter has enabled us to truly thing about expanding and franchising our success story Cons: We found the configuration of the financial module to be complex. Time tabling functionality can be improved. Use menus can be stream lined. For example, a particular action can be done through multiple menus. A better approach would be to have actions under one menu. For example, all reports can be in one place rather than under each tab

Very Comprehensive Suite I did not continue to use classter beyond the first month because it was too complicated for me. The customer support was very helpful but I just didn't have the time to setup all the background stuff needed to make the gradebook work. Pros: The software is very comprehensive which means it covers a wide range of needs and functionalities. Cons: There was just too much for me. I just wanted a simple gradebook to enter names, assignments, and the grades of those assignments. I was not able to work the software out of the box.

Dependable software My overall experience has been great! I would definitely recommend this to my team. Pros: This software provided me with very simple and straightforward access to conducting team management and organization. Cons: Overall, it is a great software to use. If it's one thing to fix, I would say the user experience side (design).
