What is Cloud Design Box?
Cloud Design Box is the Microsoft SharePoint and Teams platform built specifically for schools and Multi-Academy Trusts.
We help education organisations turn Microsoft 365 into a structured, easy to use digital environment for staff, students and leaders. Rather than introducing another separate platform, Cloud Design Box builds on the Microsoft technology schools already have.
Our solution combines a modern SharePoint intranet with automated Microsoft Teams and workspace provisioning, MIS integration, teaching and learning tools, communication features and Microsoft 365 governance.
Schools can provide staff and students with one central place to access news, policies, teaching resources, applications, classes and important information. Behind the scenes, Cloud Design Box automates many of the repetitive tasks normally managed by IT teams, including creating Class Teams, department Teams, subject areas, student folders and maintaining memberships as MIS data changes.
For Multi-Academy Trusts, Cloud Design Box provides consistency across multiple schools while still allowing individual academies to retain their own identity. Trust wide resources, communications and collaboration spaces can sit alongside individual school intranets within a common Microsoft 365 structure.
Cloud Design Box also includes tools designed around real school workflows, including class dashboards, assignment visibility and analytics, self service site creation, parent and guardian integrations and custom SharePoint web parts.

The support they provided prior to the project and throughout has been tremendous. Both Tony and Darren had a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge that they brought to the table and shared with us. They provided excellent online training (due to COVID) for all school staff. Since implementation their technical support is very efficient.

Cloud Design Box is an incredible solution for SharePoint and Teams. We as a MAT were already well versed in SharePoint but the Cloud Design Box systems made everything more streamlined and easy to use. As a MAT Cloud Design Box is one of our first considerations for any new Secondary or Post-16 institution.
