What is Evidence Me?
Evidence Me shows the impact of children's learning by using real-time photos, videos and written notes to evidence their experiences. It has been designed to make tracking and reporting on learning as simple yet as impacting as possible so that you can cut down on administration and maximise time spent with your learners.

modern way to use technology efficiently and quickly so we can share observations and relate them to curriculum and then provide reports to monitor development. Also using the chat feature means we have only one app to use instead of one for communication and one for observation record/report keeping

Evidence Me is a very useful tool in the Early Years and the parents have loved the addition of it this year. There are a few things that would make it more useful as a teacher, for example, parents being able to like an observation (so we can see their engagement), Teachers being able to like a comment from parents, being able to make photo collages on the app or increase the number of photos that can be uploaded on the app. It would also help if you could enlarge the photos then scroll through them rather than having to minimize them to then click on the next picture.

We find the app easy to use, its speeds up our observation notes and allows us to share a wide range of evidence to our parents.

It is a good system and alternative to more expensive softwares on the market and is constantly improving with new features being added fairly regularly.

Even though the data/summary collection isn't right at this point in time it is being sorted and will be rectified. Compared to our previous system it is slick, quick and much more effective. It is easy to use once you are familiar with the system. Highly recommend this system. Been in EY for 26 years and it is the best thing we have used.

Evidence Me is a great online tool for entering observations and sharing with parents. St Fergus ELC staff are at a novice stage and are building up their confidence using Evidence Me over this coming year.

It is an excellent piece of software that is reactive to users' needs. 2Simple took feedback on board and added extra features very quickly when these were requested.
