What is Evidence Me?
Evidence Me shows the impact of children's learning by using real-time photos, videos and written notes to evidence their experiences. It has been designed to make tracking and reporting on learning as simple yet as impacting as possible so that you can cut down on administration and maximise time spent with your learners.

Only fit for purpose for data. It is virtually useless for engaging parents and not easy to use at all on an iPad.

Whilst the app is one of its kind in terms of data collection and the reports produced, overall the functionality of the app needs to be greatly improved. Simple tweaks would make it much more efficient and user friendly.

Photos take a long time to load, cannot be swiped through and the app opens on the 'make an observation' page, which is confusing for parents. We would have mch better parent engagement if this side of the app was greatly improved.”

Not sure how the price compares to other similar software and whether for what I use it for whether I'm not getting value for money.

We've used EvidenceMe for years, using the platform to upload observations of children's learning and development, and progress reports. Some parents find it easy to access, others say files don't always work

It is an app that is easy to access. It is well set out. All learning areas are covered and recording information is easy.

modern way to use technology efficiently and quickly so we can share observations and relate them to curriculum and then provide reports to monitor development. Also using the chat feature means we have only one app to use instead of one for communication and one for observation record/report keeping

Evidence Me is a very useful tool in the Early Years and the parents have loved the addition of it this year. There are a few things that would make it more useful as a teacher, for example, parents being able to like an observation (so we can see their engagement), Teachers being able to like a comment from parents, being able to make photo collages on the app or increase the number of photos that can be uploaded on the app. It would also help if you could enlarge the photos then scroll through them rather than having to minimize them to then click on the next picture.
