What is Kinderpedia?
Kinderpedia is an all-in-one digital tool designed for K-12 institutions to manage academic and administrative work, engage families, and automate tuition fees invoicing and payments, all within a secure, intuitive platform and mobile app.
It streamlines school management, bringing all relevant student data in one single platform and allowing quick planning and reporting.

Recommended Usage
Based on our internal surveys, the best results are achieved if the product is used daily by educators and at least three times/ week by other staff members (including school managers, head teachers, data base admins or financial personnel). Parents also use the dedicated app daily, for attendance, messaging, or to catch up with what happened in school.

I have at my disposal the main information I need. I can easily see how many children are absent from each class, monitor attendance and track the results obtained. I can communicate quickly with parents. Depending on the type of information I need to convey, I can choose to communicate individually, at the class level, or at the school level. The "Documents" module helps us and the parents keep necessary documents on hand for good organization (school year structure, school regulations, specific objectives for each discipline, etc.).
