What is MathSpire?
MathSpire is a maths learning platform designed to complement traditional learning methods, saving teachers’ time and enhancing students’ understanding of advanced maths. Our app currently covers the A Level course (Edexcel, AQA, OCR), and will have GCSE and IB shortly.
Enhanced learning for students: MathSpire features an interactive textbook with clear, insightful explanations from Cambridge academics.
The engaging in-app textbook is supported by interactive graphs, which build up step by step and make hard concepts easy to grasp. It also features many examples and automatically marked questions. The textbook works well for in-class explanations, homework and independent study (helping students to catch up or stay ahead).
Time savings for teachers: Teachers can also create and assign custom assignments from an interactive library of maths questions. These support a wide variety of inputs automatically marked by MathSpire’s unique algorithms. The automated marking and real-time progress updates let teachers assess their students’ weaknesses and strengths at a glance, giving them more time to focus on what they do best: teaching..
