What is MathType?
MathType is an equation editor that makes life easier for students and teachers by allowing them to create quality technical and scientific content in their usual work platforms.
To achieve this, MathType offers an editor that allows you to create and edit mathematical formulas as simple as you write text, from the simplest to the most complex ones. It provides its students and teachers with more than 500 symbols with which they can create matrix, multiline equations, elementary mathematics, etc.
In addition to being one of the most powerful mathematical editors on the market, MathType integrates with all educational platforms and HTML editors on the market: Moodle, Canvas, Schoology, TinyMCE, and CKEditor.
It also offers the ability to easily integrate with any other LMS or text editor used by schools.
MathType also integrates with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Google Slides. This way, students can use the same editor they already know to do their homework.
