What is ParentPay?

ParentPay started out as a modest startup with EdTech, which was designed to simplify school life. Our mission: to start a cashless revolution in schools.

It all started in 2002, when a working parent and former teacher wanted to help their school make life easier for their parents. Solution? The first online payment system for schools in the United Kingdom. And with that, ParentPay was born.

Since then, we have continued to support growth and innovation in schools. And as the cashless revolution continues, we face a new challenge: bridging the communication gap, uniting schools, students and parents.

Today, we’re proud to have helped over 11,000 schools across the UK streamline their operations and improve their parental engagement.

Set Up

Activate Your Parent Account:

In order to create a new account, an account activation letter will be provided by your school. You'll also need access to your email, to verify and create your account. To get started, login to parentpay.com and complete the activation process. Once completed, you may now access your account.

Bank Transfer:

The Direct Debit service ensures that you can pay for any school item directly from your bank account using Bank Transfer. ParentPay does not require the addition or storage of debit or credit card information, but it does require your bank to approve a Direct Debit mandate before payments can be collected (up to 3 working days normally or 6 working days for initial setup).
