What is Tes Parents' Meetings (SchoolCloud)?

Improve efficiency & attendance
A virtual parents’ evening removes many of the issues of a normal parents’ evening, from arranging childcare to car parking, parents being in different locations, and having to shout to be heard in a noisy sports hall. This results in a better attendance and deeper engagement with parents. A countdown timer keeps the appointments running on time and the video calls automatically finish at the appointment end time.
Hybrid parents’ evenings
Some schools may wish to offer their parents a choice of virtual or in-person face-to-face appointments to include all parents. You can easily do this using our hybrid parents’ evening feature and allocate blocks of time for virtual appointments and others for face-to-face appointments.

Customer service is always helpful and speedy. The software is easy to use and intuitive. its reliable and stable and the set up was simple. From a technical point of view, if all software were to be this efficient then life would be a lot easier and from a users perspective it just works, 99% of the time its there and ready to go when needed.

It's a great system, parents and teacher really like it. I would give it 10 out of 10 on the appointment side. But because of our college setup over three sites I have to be a bit creative with the settings and we have to upload the data manually as the software doesn't integrate with our MIS system.

We have found this an exceptionally practical and user-friendly product. It also helps with those parents who wish to spend that little bit longer than necessary and who you can't move on at live events, 'sorry, the computer's about to cut you off...' The system takes the pressure rather than the teacher.
