What is TA39?
TA39 is an AI-powered assessment and feedback platform designed to scale high-quality teacher judgment in writing and reasoning tasks. Rather than automating grading decisions or generating generic responses, TA39 captures a teacher’s rubric, expectations, and pedagogical intent and applies them consistently across student work.
In subjects where reasoning and writing matter most, meaningful feedback is essential—but time is always the constraint. TA39 helps teachers return detailed, thoughtful feedback more quickly without reducing it to surface-level comments or automated judgment. Teachers remain fully in control: every rubric, standard, and piece of feedback reflects the teacher’s own expectations and is reviewed and approved before students see it.
What makes TA39 different is how feedback is designed. TA39’s feedback templates are not prompts—they are programmable teaching practices. Instead of rewriting instructions for an AI each time, teachers design templates that encode their pedagogical intent: what to focus on, how to reference rubric criteria, how to balance encouragement and critique, and how feedback should sound for a particular age group or course level. Once created, these templates can be reused, refined, and shared, allowing teachers to apply their professional judgment consistently while the AI handles the repetitive execution.
TA39 fits naturally into real classroom workflows and supports curriculum-specific expectations across programmes such as IB, AP, IGCSE, and CBSE. Teachers using TA39 report getting hours back each week while maintaining—or improving—the quality of feedback students receive. More importantly, they regain time to focus on instruction, relationships, and student growth.

TA39 training is designed to support shared standards and professional calibration, not just platform onboarding. In-person professional learning is strongly recommended for schools seeking consistent feedback practice across teams. Training centres on teachers’ own assignments and rubrics and focuses on maintaining teacher judgment, authentic voice, and curriculum alignment when working with AI-supported feedback.
TA39 provides responsive, educator-focused support throughout adoption and ongoing use. Teachers and administrators have access to email support and a growing knowledge base with practical guidance, examples, and best practices for assessment and feedback workflows. For schools and districts, support extends beyond technical troubleshooting to include guidance on effective use, calibration, and maintaining feedback quality over time. This includes structured check-ins during early deployment, access to FAQs and shared resources, and direct support for LMS-integrated workflows. Support is designed to be dependable and proportionate—available when needed, without creating unnecessary complexity—so educators can focus on teaching while knowing expert help is close at hand.
