The National Careers Challenge is a competition which brings exciting new opportunities for students, from Year 7 to Year 10, to meet and build relationships with real employers.
Through a series of activities, students get the chance to solve a real business challenge set by our corporate sponsors and develop the essential skills they need to thrive in whatever career pathway they choose.

An essential part of the challenge experience is for students to feel more self aware, motivated and inspired to achieve and align their learning with their career ambitions for the future. Through Launch Your Career students are guided to understand their personality type, linked to 16 different personality animals, students will explore their strengths and skills and explore careers that are suited. With live LMI data, career inspired video's, pathways of study Launch Your Career also provides Virtual Reality workplace and employer experiences through our 'World of Work' employer portal.
