To support ongoing development, SchooliP also includes a comprehensive library of resources, including step-by-step guides and video tutorials, all accessible directly within the platform.

Tailored online planning and initial training is included in your membership. BlueSky is designed to be very easy to get started and intuitive for all staff to use for day-to-day processes.

We provide key leadership staff with online training and resources to ensure training can be disseminated to all staff. We offer periodic review calls to ensure you get the most out of BlueSky, in line with your desired outcomes and school priorities.

At SchooliP, we don’t wait to get started. As soon as your school signs up, our team begins configuring your system, even before your first meeting.

Using your school’s branding (including colours and logo, typically taken from your website), we pre-install a customised version of SchooliP that’s already aligned with your identity. By the time we meet for your initial one-hour setup session, your system is already branded, structured, and ready to go.

During the session, we:

• Tailor key elements to your processes (e.g. lesson observation forms, QA templates)

• Schedule your key cycles, check-in points, and calendar dates

• Align the platform with your strategic goals and desired outcomes

Most schools are fully operational the same day. After this, we continue working with you based on your preferred pace, whether rolling out all features at once or focusing on individual areas in stages.

Set up usually takes less than 24 hours.

Our Customer Success managers will work with you to support set up implementation aligned to your school's requirements. We work with you to plan how the system will be set up to meet your school's requirements and agree your strategic goals for using BlueSky.

We can support building templates for pro-formas such as Lesson Observation forms and other quality assurance processes. The set up session is usually around one hour and following this, we aim to have your school up and running within one working day.
