As a safeguarding solution, it really depends on the level of safeguarding cases in school. Some school staff are logged in throughout the day, others once a week. As CURA is linked to email/auto alerts, DSL or permission level staff will receive alerts if anything logged by a teacher in CURA so no need for staff to be logged in to see data.

Students and staff would need access to a device connected to the internet to use tootoot. Schools can connect students to tootoot via Wonde or via a manual upload of student data. Once this has happened teachers would need to distribute usernames and passwords to students, if the students have email addresses it can be done via email. We offer full virtual training and support online for free as part of the package.
Our support team will give you all the information, videos, posters, lanyards, collateral and knowledge you need to train your staff and introduce tootoot to the students in your school in a way that's not time-consuming or resource-intensive at all. And our support team are always on hand for free virtual staff training sessions.
