Globalbridge is a pioneering EdTech platform that connects talent to opportunity. Built by teachers, we connect young people & education with employers, apprenticeships and universities.
Globalbridge is a single digital platform through which young people, schools, FE/HE, employers, and apprenticeship providers can communicate, in a way that doesn’t currently exist. Globalbridge is secure platform built by teachers that provides a connection between schools, HE/FE and industry. We provide students a digital record of achievement that lasts a lifetime, and access to opportunity regardless of their background.

Globalbridge is a great platform which is very user-friendly and allows students to easily keep a record of their achievements. It also allows students to access events and opportunities where they can add further evidence to their profiles.

The University of Sunderland chose to become involved with the globalbridge platform in October 2020 due to the breadth of schools who engaged with it. We were also impressed with the opportunities available to users to access information in a format which is right for them. We promote details of our schools outreach activities that are relevant to the users of the platform and information about specific support available to our students, to assist informed choices when making decisions about university study. The globalbridge platform gives the opportunity for educational professionals to be aware of our schools outreach activities, which are aligned to the Gatsby Benchmarks. We’ve had the opportunity to work with globalbridge via our pre-recorded schools outreach activities. This has enabled us to expand our reach, not only to new schools across the region, but also nationally. This was something we hadn’t initially anticipated, but this proved to be an additional benefit of using globalbridge.

globalbridge is a fantastic platform which is extremely user-friendly and enables learners to engage, continually, with their academic and employment journey. It also provides contextual and hard data to inform reports for Ofsted, Gatsby and the Matrix Standard. Staff at globalbridge are fantastic and are always reactive, pro-active and helpful!
