Despite disruption due to upgrade work iPAL has massively improved the admin side of our club. The only admin we need to do now are emails, voucher verifications and banking.

The app misses many options on certain phones, it's not compatible with all smartphones. Very difficult to get familiar with. The worst app I have ever used in my life.

Some parents still face issues when booking or when the internet is misbehaving but the system is improving all the time. I can't begin to tell you how much time iPal has saved me since it was introduced to Woodlands in April.

Has also put a stop to the endless needs of the parents as they are responsible for their own child's bookings - the number of emails/messages from parents has dropped considerably. Also no longer having to waste time chasing up payments.”

Data including age and medical information etc must be included when each child is registered. All attendance records are easily accessible through the system should they be required.”

The iPal system works well but will constantly need to be checked and updated to prevent any bugs or glitches from effecting its day-to-day running.

iPal takes the everyday stress of registers, accounts and bookings away. It enables me to spend quality time with parents and children, planning adult-led activities and being able to observe child-led activities and plan how I can progress each child further. I am able to get to know each child, using what I know to support their learning. The parents at our school enjoy using iPal as they find it easy to use, book on and pay for sessions. It is reliable, easy to use and informative. There’s always help if needed with the fantastic customer service.
