Compared to other similar products I have tried it is way more polished and easy to use. Sharing seating plans, classes or class room layouts with colleagues is very easy. Also, the support is top notch. The few times I have needed to get personal help the support was most of the time within minutes! At worst the late support message was solved the next morning. Compared to the other IT systems we use, this is hands down best.

Mega Seating Plan is a fantastic piece of software, and I'd argue it's an essential for any school. Having consistent seating plans across the organisation with mapped data, student photos, management tools and so much more has saved us both time and many headaches. Having clear seating plans is a bonus for inspection readiness, as it allows us to provide inspectors with an overview of the class on one single page, providing essential context to any lesson observation. Rob is fantastic with responding to support queries swiftly and with expert knowledge. I highly recommend this platform to anyone.

Mega seating plan is a great tool, the customer service is great and quite frankly, I think it's great value for money.

The app is so well designed and integrated with Google Classroom. It has obviously been designed with teacher workload in mind. Also, when I asked the chatbot for help, I got clear instructions. I can't see any reason not to recommend it. Even if you prefer your own style of seating plan (e.g. hand drawn or something) this will help you decide where to sit students and rearrange it quickly.
