What is Unifrog?
Unifrog is the universal destinations platform, a one-stop shop for whole-school careers guidance.
Our mission is to level the playing field when it comes to young people finding the best opportunities after school or college. Our impartial, user-friendly platform allows students to explore pathways, evidence key activities and competencies, and draft the strongest possible applications for university courses, apprenticeships, and jobs.
At the same time, we empower teachers and advisors in our community of 4,000 schools and colleges to manage the progression process more effectively and deliver outstanding careers and PSHE guidance.

I just love the platform! You can really tell that Unifrog was created by career and teaching professionals. Everytime I think "I wonder if Unifrog can do this" IT CAN! The Placement Tool, Interactions Tool, and Talent Pool Tool are all amazing. Other features such as being able to use both the teacher site and student site allow me to seamlessly utilise all of the information Unifrog has to offer. The Resources Library is also one of my favourites, in addition to the fabulous personality frog logos, the 2 minute videos are perfect for staff training and sharing with parents and carers. Unifrog has truly made such a positive impact on my workload, especially since the sync with Bromcom! I have to shout out our Regional Account Manager Clare, in addition to being super responsive, her passion for the platform really shines through any CPD session I have had the pleasure to attend. I would truly recommend the platform to anyone, and I cannot wait to see what Unifrog come up with next!

Unifrog is invaluable to me as the Careers Lead. It has considerably reduced my workload, centralises several different processes, and provides easy-to-interpret graphs and charts, ideal for presenting to stakeholders such as the governing board. The lesson resources are of the highest quality.

The Careers Library allows students to explore different careers with localised data on e.g. average wages, working hours, growth in the industry etc. Similarly, students can research subject areas (for Post-16 and Post-18) and gain insight from videos and testimonals from current/past undergraduates. A lot of students also love searching for apprenitceships which are separated by level (e.g. degree apprenticeships, advanced apprenticeships etc.)”

Unifrog also offers PSHE schemes of work, supported by the website, on all aspects of careers, post-16 and post-18 choices, wellbeing, Welsh Baccalaureate etc. The lessons provided are of high quality and are made in a way which really engages learners.”

I would strongly recommend Unifrog as it provides a comprehensive, high-quality careers platform with everything in one place. It supports pupils, staff and parents across all key stages, enabling informed decision-making and equal access to careers information. The ability to track pupil progress, interactions and outcomes is a key strength, supporting targeted interventions and effective evaluation. Tools such as work placements significantly reduce administrative workload. In addition, Unifrog’s customer service and ongoing support are excellent—responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive—making implementation and ongoing use straightforward. Its strong alignment with statutory guidance and the Gatsby Benchmarks makes it an invaluable careers education resource.

The Unifrog platform itself is excellent - wide ranging resources and areas of interest that are useful across age groups and curriculum areas. The Placements tool for work experience has honestly been game changing, facilitating much better processes, more confidence, and also more staff time to get on with the other bits of the job! I love that Unifrog genuinely seek and listen to feedback; they've often added to or changed elements of the platform really quite quickly based on user response.

I feel at as the one place to go to for Careers and PSHE Unifrog cannot be beaten. I have looked at other packages and used them myself over my 20 plus years as a Careers Advisor and the way the pupils can engage with it, the vast amount of information t holds, the regular updating, the courses, webinars and so on make it the number 1 in my opinion

It has changed the way I work in my job for the better. I am finding out more and more about Unifrog can do, it's amazing! I just wish I'd found it sooner. The amount of support you get from Unifrog staff if you have a problem and the amount of training opportunities they provide is simply fantastic. We were with a competitor for years and I never had anything like it from them.

I started using UniFrog in 2023 when I was new to the Work Experience role, I used the Placement tool to record our students placement; replacing the current system which lead to a lot of paper trail. This transformed how everything was logged and made my job a lot easier and manageable. Now as the Careers Lead- we now use the platform from Year 7-13, to share career information, post-16 & post-18 information and most recently UKCAT practice for our medic students. The students enjoy doing the quizzes, and it's a less intimidating way to share Labour Market Information as well as help students learn about Careers which they might not know about. Both Kim (Area Manager) & Rebecca (Account Manager at the time) were always quick to respond to my many questions, and Alisha who have taken over for Rebecca have continued this. Imogen is always quick to respond any IT enquires and helped with our MIS integration which has now made my life easier.

I recommend Unifrog to everyone, a really good platform for careers information and resources. I record all guidance meetings and careers events on here and upload to Compass. Makes everything easier and students can also log in and access their records. The wonde and single sign on adaptations are exactly what was needed. Unifrog are always great at supporting us and Amanda is almost like another part of the careers team here. We really appreciate her help.

The platform offers support to different user groups. The content is relevant, up to date and impartial. Account managers provide an amazing amount of support to help schools maximise the platform's potential. The technological interface is brilliant, easy to navigate and learn about key features. You can pull off different data sets to measure impact of your school's careers programme. Fundamentally, it meets the needs of pupils at whatever stage of their school journey they are at.
