Unifrog is the best package that we have bought into. It does have some excellent 'off the shelf' elements to do with careers, PSHE and work placements, but the driving change for us is around the Activities, Interactions and Competencies tool. Essentially, together with the pupil, we use Unifrog to record what they do through school (trips, speaker visits, placements), what they do outside of school (clubs, jobs, charitable opportunities) and how they are developing their key employability skill set. When done properly, Unifrog engages pupils and gives them an edge over others. The support Unifrog offer is also outstanding; never to busy to help teach you how to get the most out of the platform for your school priorities. Could not do this job without it now!

- Significantly reduces teacher workload“Enables us to track centrally the co/extra-curricular experiences our pupils have, and use them towards forming ideas about future study and employment pathways.”
- Significantly reduces attainment gap“All pupils are enrolled onto Unifrog; they each have a record of what they have done to support their school experience. Pupils will also review trips and experiences they have done so as to create a record of achievement too. Some of our weaker pupils seem to engage more with Unifrog due to its intuitive design and relevant information.”
- Significantly improves parent engagement“We use Unifrog for Work Experience placements and parents seem to find using the tool very easy. All parents also have a login to the platform so that they can support their children from home.”
- Significantly improves attainment“Unifrog enables pupils to explore different career pathways and record their thoughts. We find the more that Unifrog is used by staff, the more pupils invest time into the platform. As they reach upper KS4 (and KS5), they use the platform more for Apprenticeship, college placements and Universities, which informs them of the LMI or entry data needed. This creates a drive and desire to keep working intently on their academic studies.”
- Significantly builds student knowledge“Whilst completing the three different quizzes, the platform is full of Labour Market Information that they can draw on to help them make some decisions about their future. We review these quizzes and knowledge every year, and get them to complete some of the Unifrog activities to help them explore this information personal to them.”
