I started using UniFrog in 2023 when I was new to the Work Experience role, I used the Placement tool to record our students placement; replacing the current system which lead to a lot of paper trail. This transformed how everything was logged and made my job a lot easier and manageable. Now as the Careers Lead- we now use the platform from Year 7-13, to share career information, post-16 & post-18 information and most recently UKCAT practice for our medic students. The students enjoy doing the quizzes, and it's a less intimidating way to share Labour Market Information as well as help students learn about Careers which they might not know about. Both Kim (Area Manager) & Rebecca (Account Manager at the time) were always quick to respond to my many questions, and Alisha who have taken over for Rebecca have continued this. Imogen is always quick to respond any IT enquires and helped with our MIS integration which has now made my life easier.
