• Builds student knowledge“Unifrog is used throughout our school year 7 to 13 and is accessed regularly in Tutor Time, PSHE lessons and One to one Interviews. Pupils know it is the best place to get up to date reliable information which helps them to improve their knowledge for example Degree Apprenticeships which a number of pupils want to explore but also have been able to gain an insight into what they are, attend virtual events and see live vacancy lists all in one place.”
• Reduces teacher workload“As an example of how useful Unifrog is, being able to record all Careers interviews in one place which is easy to find, is very well structured and can be used to produce reports for our Senior Leadership Team, or for Key Stage Heads is invaluable and saves time, but is also easy to read and all staff can access it at any time.”
• Improves attainment“For the pupils to record their Skills journey over time helps them have ownership of their progression and comes into its own when they are applying for part time jobs and are creating their CV via the CV builder. This pushes them for higher attainer in soft skills as well as their subjects”
• Improves parent engagement“A vast majority of our parents have Unifrog accounts and I can see from reports that they engage with it. It is also used by myself at Careers lead and also our deputy Head and Head of Sixth Form at parents events, showing them how to find important information such as at transition points in school, or making GCSE and A level decisions”
