Teacher of history

Used Audiopi for 3-4 years

Jun 2021

It is a very simple and convenient service for our students to use, that supplements their learning in lessons, and they love the bite-size chunks that they can listen to in order to consolidate their learning

Charlotte found Audiopi:
  • Moderately reduces teacher workload
When students are struggling with content, we can direct them to Audiopi and it really helps some of them to retain the content of the course
  • Slightly reduces attainment gap
It is hard to tell as we have had no formal exams for the last two years, but it has definitely helped with knowledge and student's ability to retain the information
  • Slightly increases student collaboration
Our students use it more independently as a way of revising and reinforcing their knowledge from lessons
  • Moderately improves attainment
Yes, our lower sets at GCSE were able to listen to the podcasts and then use that knowledge in their mock exams
  • Significantly builds student knowledge
Students can more easily recall answers to questions in lessons
