Well, I advocated for a board wide access during the pandemic because researched based practice is clear!

- Improves teaching efficiency“The first language and the length of the videos”
- Reduces teacher workload“Teaching concepts in the student's first language helps as I don't speak them!”
- Increases student collaboration“Grouping students by L1 and allowing them to talk through some pieces is very helpful.”
