- Significantly reduces teacher workload“Not having to prepare teaching content and preparing lots of resources for children. Many can be adapted to suit.”
- Significantly improves teaching efficiency“Children all completing the same type of task but at different scaffolded level. Children can be guided through the same teaching content and then move off to start working when necessary.”
- Moderately improves teacher wellbeing“Not staying at school too late and getting home earlier. Less prep time so can be done in PPA.”
- Slightly improves attainment“As we use CS alongside other resources from a variety of sources then it’s hard to pinpoint exactly but it can extend children and support when required.”
- Moderately builds student knowledge“It improves children’s knowledge of maths areas in particular. Reference to same wording and type of content is consistent and familiar.”
