• Moderately reduces teacher workload“We use as EDClass+ as a 6th day provision, but also in our inclusion room, where it's really useful in instances where teachers cannot provide work to mirror the mainstream class (e.g. if the mainstream students are doing a practical lesson)”
• Significantly reduces attainment gap“For home-educating students, EDClass+ covers the parts of curriculum that they miss whilst being out of school, so they don't have as much catch-up when they return.”
• Moderately improves teaching efficiency“We use EDClass to reinforce our teaching by suggesting to students that if they wish to learn more to get a better understanding of a particular topic, they could go to the EDClass independent learning area and search for corresponding lessons in there.”
• Significantly improves attainment“EDClass helps to bridge gaps in learning, which impacts knowledge and progress, therefore helping to improve attainment.”
• Significantly builds student knowledge“For long-term absentees, EDClass+ bridges a huge gap as, without it, some these individuals wouldn't be accessing any learning at all.”
