A lot of the modules are underdeveloped, and raising the basic flaws to support does not result in any change. The big module releases e.g. Curriculum Manager and Parent Portal, have been disappointing in terms of functionality and documentation.

- Provides school data“Some data is 'trapped' in the system, as you cannot export it. Analytical tools are missing - unless you want to pay more for Central. Some data sets feel like they should be linked, but are not”
