IRIS has further supported our in house coaching programme and breaks down barriers of time and geography so that all practitioners within our school and in the wider academy trust can benefit from sharing expertise.
Tom O'Hara found IRIS Connect:
- Moderately improves attainment“Allowing whole class input to unpick low level behaviours”
- Significantly improves teaching efficiency and productivity“The use of the live coaching to access expertise from around the school so that teachers are able to meet performance management targets”
- Does not significantly reduce teacher workload
- Significantly improves teacher knowledge and skills“The use of groups to embed support staff skills and understanding of the process that happen in our school, as part of our TA induction.”
- Slightly saves school money
