The customer service is absolutely garbage. When calling about a bill that needed to be forwarded to VES I didn't get anyone for 15 minutes. When trying to be connected to someone it kept going in circles. I am not responsible for the amount VES is, since it was an appointment through the VA.

Terrible when it comes to visitors and what information they tell you.  My sister is currently in this place and apparently I can’t visit her.  When my mom called them, they told us “only two set visitors can show up to visit the patient.”  Nowhere on the pamphlet did it say that.  The pamphlet says “immediate family members are welcome to visit during the day” and “other family and friends may visit Monday-Friday”.  Also, they said it’s a rule due to covid.  Everybody in our family is vaccinated including my sister (the patient) + we haven’t been near anybody with covid at all.  Thanks to the hospital to telling us about this policy, my brother and father have wasted just about 3 and a half hours of their day going to visit, told they can’t, and driving back.  Also, what happened to the no electronics thing?  Everybody was told she was not allowed near electronics, but all of a sudden, she’s allowed to have a zoom meeting via iPad?  They just broke their own rule which was already stupid in the first place.  This whole place is a disaster.

Spent 6 hours at this hospital. They don't seem to do anything but COVID. I told them multiple times I didn't have COVID but they wouldn't be convinced so they sent me home with no diagnosis, convinced they were right. Got my negative test result from them this morning but that doesn't help my 101 fever. People need to trust that a hospital will actually do their job instead of just assuming they know. Really scary and pathetic to think how many people this has happened to.

I had a great experience picking up my parents ashes from the gift program...Lynn was wonderful and helped me through a horrible 3 year experience with my family and receiving the ashes..so it was wonderful  to finally meet Lynn after all this time..

Right now! I'm not happy at all with my doctor's at U of R!

I live in Buffalo! My Urologist is located out of U of R! I'm having a medical issue and I've been waiting to get a response for 3 days. I've even left messages on the Rochester App! No response!!

I call them at the South Pointe location and I get someone from somewhere else who probably couldn't add 2+2!

The Cleveland Clinic is starting to look good to me!🤬
