Because a lot of the projects can be applied to other contexts, pupils were able to use and apply these skills in other curriculum areas, which in turn improved attainment across the board. ”
• Significantly improves teacher knowledge and skills“The Open Classroom events were particularly useful. As a teacher, observing a project live was invaluable, and gave teachers the opportunity to speak with David about certain aspects of the project and to see the end goal. For less confident teachers, this also gave them the opportunity to 'have a go' alongside the pupils. ”
