TNC offers a wide range of webinars and courses which increases knowledge and understanding. To make it impactful, schools should also structure the webinars in a collaborative way - small groups, discussions, what would that look like in our context etc. to really get the best from the platform.

- Moderately saves school money“When you consider the cost of external providers delivering in-person sessions, although it can be more impactful, it's expensive for a Group of schools when only specialising in 1 area. Whereas TNC is a good 'one stop shop' that all our staff can access.”
- Moderately improves teacher knowledge“It's used when delivering InSeT sessions or time is protected for staff to find webinars/ courses linked to their appraisal targets.”
