• Moderately increases student collaboration“During the initial launce of the 3 island students interacted with their tutor to discuss the different personality styles. The 3 sessions allowed students to discuss with their tutor and peers about their own style and how to communicate with others. The use of the learning platform allowed students to then rate each other in a safe and fun manner.”
• Moderately improves behaviour or wellbeing“The academy held a virtual Inset at the end of the spring term and one of the sessions allowed staff at the academy to reflect on hw they interact with students and provided them with ideas on how to foster a better relationship approach when dealing with conflict.”
• Significantly improves teacher knowledge and skills“The data that is stored on each student provides really useful insights on how adapt teaching for key audiences and provides colleagues with a greater range of tools. The information on the e-learning site regarding pedagogy is really useful!!!”
• Moderately provides school data“The academy has only just started using the programme but there are plans for the heat mats for each student to be used at part of the academies student passports.”
