Having everything stored in one place makes a huge difference for the teachers and myself and therefore, most importantly, the children.

Angela found Provision Map:
  • Moderately reduces teacher workload
IEPs are so much easier to create (and look so much better); the Provisions library is easy to access and add children to a provision. IEPs are reviewed and easy for me as SENCo to check on.
  • Slightly provides school data
Impact of interventions can be seen quickly and easily. We have Uniform Allowance instead of FSM and it would be useful to have this shown to look at the correlation between these children and the children on the register; likewise for those with poor attendance.
  • Slightly improves teacher knowledge
The targets have supported teachers in narrowing down challenges the children are facing.
  • Significantly improves school processes
Having IEPs and Provisions clearly and in one place significantly reduces admin time; it also allows easy access for all those supporting children with additional learning needs.
  • Slightly builds student knowledge
