Used Provision Map daily for 1-2 years

Jul 2023

It has elements that are great, but it doesn't do everything so then you end up with multiple systems and it becomes another admin job

Lienna found Provision Map:
  • Does not reduce teacher workload
Every task completed not has an admin job of also uploading onto provision map. Across the school this is a lot of additional hours admin
  • Does not significantly provide school data
Across a mainstream school ensuring all staff review every provision to make data meaningful is very difficult
  • Does not improve teacher knowledge
None - we use separate provision maps as they are easier to access than the edukey one which is not visible on the childs page
  • Moderately improves school processes
Makes applying for an EHCP easier, tracking individual student provisions, useful for parent meetings
  • Does not build student knowledge
    not sure what this means
