It is far too slow, takes up teachers time in waiting until the system reacts to bring up a word associated with progress and on to the next one. It has doubled my work and time since using the program

Reply from Pupil Progress:Dear Amanda, Thank you for sharing your feedback about Pupil Progress. We're getting in touch specifically in response to the concerns you raised about the time and frustration involved in entering student data. If the platform is increasing workload, that’s something we want to understand properly. The issues you mentioned around lag and delays between fields are particularly helpful, as they point to very specific experiences rather than general dissatisfaction. We're not looking to explain this away, but to understand what this has looked like in day-to-day use and what impact it has had on your time. In some cases there are technical factors we can address, but the priority for us is hearing your perspective in full before drawing any conclusions. It’s also worth mentioning that we released a significant speed improvement last Friday, so we’d be keen to hear whether this has made any difference in your setting. If you’re open to it, we'd really value 20–30 minutes to talk this through. If a call isn’t convenient, written feedback on how this has affected staff workload would also be very helpful. Please let us know how you’d prefer to proceed. We’re also grateful for your positive comments in the NPS survey about the platform being easy to use and informative. It’s encouraging to hear, and we’re committed to making sure the experience is smooth and efficient as it is useful.
Amanda Jessup found Pupil Progress:
  • Provides school data
It is very laggy and slow with responding when inputting each student data. This takes alot of extra time up and is very fustrating.
  • Improves teaching efficiency
It shows the data, but it is the extra time that this progrem takes to input as the data takes ages and lags until the word appears and the next one is available. Extremely slow in inputting
  • Improves attainment
    Noes not affect attainment
  • Improves parent engagement
Parents do not see this data
  • Reduces attainment gap
As we were using Go 4 schools before which was faster
