PP would be an asset to any school, for all the reasons mentioned before. The team are extremely helpful and have tailored/personalised our package to meet our school needs.

David Hatch found Pupil Progress:
  • Moderately reduces teacher workload
Before PP I would have to make & maintain these s/s's myself
  • Significantly provides school data
Data is more accurate & reliable. In my role I can see issues, the data allows me to see if its a class or departmental issue
  • Moderately improves teaching efficiency
It encourages teachers to share lessons & collaboratively plan. Teachers can clearly identify their weaknesses and HODs can identify departmental areas for improvement
  • Moderately improves teacher knowledge
It has encouraged us to plan lessons collaboratively. Teachers discussing & planning lessons together improves the quality of the lesson but also the teachers' knowledge of the topic. We spend a lot of time discussing how would you teach this question
  • Slightly improves attainment
This is our first year using PP so its hard to say at this stage. We will find out in the summer the impact it has made. I nave noticed the feedback sheets place more emphasis on the students to achieve which has impacted students drive
