Implementing Engage in your school is a partnership requiring effort from our team and the team within your school. Depending on the level of resourcing available for the project in the school, we typically see schools up and running with the Staff Portal active and available for attendance, calendars, and daybooks in three months.
The completion of the implementation of the remaining elements will take another 3 to 6 months again depending on the resourcing available in school and the prevailing priorities for each element of the purchased solution.
For new users, the solution requires little to no training. Anyone could log in and instantly see how to take attendance for their class.
In order to migrate to this new system, we can work around your schools deadlines, and put a schedule in place that allows you time to ensure you're happy with the data you're moving over, as well as to train up on some of the more in-depth routines and modules. This all means that once live, your staff will be able to hit the ground running with HUBmis.
