Jazz Williams, Assistant to Principle: In my role, tasks that can be done in a few minutes within SchooliP, but they were taking significantly longer without the platform. All staff find the visual representations an excellent way of determining progress, areas for development etc. This applies to appraisal as well as school development plans. We have a single system that has brought consistency, reduced workload and centralised tasks and activities. We purchased a three-year subscription because we were so impressed by the functionalities and how it would impact on administrative tasks (for example). I am glad to say that the product has delivered and continues to deliver. It is very hard to imagine returning to our old way of working with various platforms, file sharing sites etc.Vladimir, Analyst: The system coveres the needs for the TPAAbbie, Graduate Learning Research Trainee: Customer service team is very helpful. Lots of powerful data. Great centralised system. As an administrator there can be some glitches and frustrations in the data that is able to be exported.

We offer valuable getting started PDF guides for teachers and parents. Tutorial videos can also be found for teachers and parents. We also offer several professional development courses designed to help teachers maximise the learning benefits on offer using this product. Users can also benefit from blogs, resources, webinars and conversations ongoing in our Pearson Schools Community.
We provide free on-line training and support. No specific training is required. However, a user guide featuring videos is available within SchooliP.
We work with you to plan your system and set it up to match your requirements, e.g. recreating lesson observation forms, determining check-in dates, agree your strategic goals and outcomes, etc. This is completed in a one-hour session. We then aim to have you up and running within one working day.
